HTTPS filtering on, but adguard.com/test.html is showing that it is off

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Goto https://adguard.com/en/test.html - It does not matter what the browser is, whether Chrome or Chromium or even Firefox.
2. It says AdGuard App Blocker - App Running, HTTPS Filtering off
3. It also says - AdGuard Extra, Ad blocking, Tracking protection, Annoyance blocking are all off. Whereas all are on in Adguard settings.
4. This error does not come on Chrome on Android where I get green ticks for everything.

On the desktop on any browser - when I click on the padlock icon for some site like Reddit, I am getting the Issued By as "AdGuard Personal CA". So I assume HTTPS filtering is happening? Is there something wrong with the test site?

Expected Behavior

https://adguard.com/en/test.html - should give all green ticks

Actual Behavior

https://adguard.com/en/test.html - is giving all amber crosses.

Yes, I am still getting the same response from the test page, when running via any browser (Edge/Chrome/Firefox) on desktop. The certificate shows AdGuard Personal CA.

Note - all the options are enabled in AdGuard and ads are getting filtered out (HTTPS filtering, AdGuard Extra, Ad Blocking, Annoyance Blocking)

However, when I access the page from an Android browser (Chrome), it is showing all green ticks.

@GammaPiSigma If You switch off "Check websites' certificate transparency" option (Settings - General settings - Advanced settings), will anything change?

Hi, I unchecked as you mentioned. However still getting the same amber status in the test page. I have switched WiFi connections and computers as well, but same result.

I'm having the same problem here. Using Chrome 143.0.7499.110 and AdGuard for Windows 7.22.3 (5240). The test page (https://adguard.com/en/test.html) shows "Not running". I've enabled both HTTPS filtering and the WFP network driver, but the certificate is still showing as *.adguard.com issued by "ZeroSSL RSA Domain Secure Site CA".
Additionally, I tested the Firefox browser, and everything functions correctly.

@GammaPiSigma And which driver do You use - WFP or TDI (can be checked in Settings - Network - checkmark on the Use WFP network driver is on or off)? Try to visit the test site with WFP driver off.

I am currently using the WFP driver and have reinstalled the certificate, but AdGuard still does not work properly in Chrome. After checking the chrome://sandbox/ page, I noticed that Network Service is shown as Not Sandboxed.

In addition, even after switching back to the TDI driver, the issue with AdGuard in Chrome persists. I also tried forcing the Network Service sandbox to be enabled via the NetworkServiceSandboxEnabled policy, but when using the WFP driver, AdGuard still does not function in Chrome.

Yes, the results are same.
