Websites don't open correctly with AdGuard and Kaspersky working together

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install and start AG with already installed Kaspersky antivirus.
2. Visit any websites.

Expected Behavior

All websites opens without any issues.

Actual Behavior

With AG and Kaspersky working at the same time, websites are loading for couple of minutes or not loading at all. Mutual exclusions, changing driver to TDI, redirect and filtering localhost don't make any change - websites wouldn't load properly until AG or Kaspersky turned off.

We are investigating this issue, and it appears to be related to recent changes in Kaspersky's software.

As a temporary workaround, please try the following steps:

1. Go to Settings → Network and disable Use WFP network driver. Reboot the device for the changes to take effect.
2. Go to Settings → General → Advanced settings and enable Redirect driver mode.
