Add color indication about HTTPS filtering status

The Assistant doesn't display the HTTPS filtering status until you click on it.

Proposed solution

For non-advanced users, it would make more obvious if the Assistant icon changed color when no https filtering is applied.
And copy/move HTTPS filtering was not performed for this website to the main popup screen.

• OK - green
• HTTPS exclusion - grey or green
• not filtered and not in the HTTPS exclusions - yellow, for example.
