Filtering toggle reloads all site tabs instead of the current one

AdGuard version

- AdGuard Assistant version: 1.4.8
- AdGuard Desktop application: 7.22

Environment

- OS: Windows 10
- Browser: 142.0.7444.59

Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:

1. Disable protection in pop-up
2. Open few random sites in different tabs
3. Enable protection in pop-up

Expected Behavior

Current page is reloaded

Actual Behavior

All pages are reloaded
