Consider provide optimized version of `2_without_easylist.txt`

Problem description

The network transferred size (after gzipped) of https://filters.adtidy.org/extension/ublock/filters/2_optimized.txt (AdGuard + EasyList), is 565 KiB.

The network transferred size of https://filters.adtidy.org/extension/ublock/filters/2_without_easylist.txt is 1.1 MiB, which is about 2x of 2_optimized.txt even without EasyList entries.

Proposed solution

Add _optimized version for 2_without_easylist as well (what about 2_without_easylist_optimized.txt?).

The list seems to be made specifically for uBo, where the idea of generating optimizations might not make sense (uBo doesn't track filter (rules in AG jargon) usage frequency).
