At my company we are using Novatel GPS's which seems to have "improved" the NMEA standard by adding a value of 9: WAAS(SBAS) to the fix_quality entry in the GGA message.

This makes it impossible for me to use this crate for parsing the values from it. I will create a PR that I will hope you will consider merging for adding support for novatel GPS's.
