using the algorithm to find shortest path between 2 different end points

I need to use your algorithm to find shortest path between two different endpoints, while connecting all the points in between. Right now it is basically giving the shortest path connecting all the nodes/points and coming back to the starting point at the end. Any help will be appreciated.
