Opening Rules Settings Crash App When Application Missing

A while ago I created a rule to open some site in a PWA I had installed from Chrome. I removed said PWA a few weeks ago because I didn't need it anymore.
Today I noticed that Browserino seems to be crashing when attempting to show application information in the Rules settings tab when said application is missing.
Restoring the PWA did help in my case and I could remove the rule.

I'm running v1.1.16.

Same here after uninstalling a couple of apps and a browser I'd previously configured.
