R2jags dependency #4

Hello,
I'm using fpemlocal for the datasets that are included with it, rather than the model fitting functionality. However, to install fpemlocal I am required to install R2jags (and therefore JAGS as well). Not a huge problem for me, but it makes the package I'm working on more cumbersome for others to use. Would you be willing to consider making R2jags a suggestion instead of a requirement? (that is, move it to "Suggests:" in the DESCRIPTION file.) That way people can install fpemlocal without having to install JAGS first.
Alternatively, I could extract the data that I would like to use into its own package, or copy it over into mine, if making this change to fpemlocal isn't feasible.
