Describe the issue

Problem: Metal rods from Immersive Engineering can be found in crates in the Immersive Engineering village house (Loot Table: "immersiveengineering:chests/engineers_house")

Expected: AllTheOres metal rods spawn instead, matching the rest of the modpack
