Fans control

I have a dell inspiron 15 5577 laptop running macOS Monterey. Its pretty smooth but i have 2 issues :

1. I am not able to control the fans by any method. I am using VirtualSMC but i cant control fans. I have tried many apps.
2. after waking from sleep, The fans automatically starts spinning. Although the temperature is showing 46 degrees only still the fans are not stopping.
   please guide how did you controlled this?

I have used your EFI folder for booting ventura but i am unable to do so, i get a black screen error. Graphics is not working.
I changed platform id to 00001659 and device id to 16190000 then i was able to beet but no graphics acceleration. Please help if you can suggest something.

I'm using Macs Fan Control for controlling my laptop fan, and unfortunately sleeping not working i think forget mention that. for graphics read this part carefully i did the same steps and i have graphics acceleration but i did all of that when i was working on Big Sur

I have tried Mac fan control but it works well before Sleep but after sleep it doesn't work. Sleep is working fine on my laptop. I am testing it more and more.
Ventura is not having graphics acceleration at all. I'm happy with Monterey 🤗

I removed the battery of my laptop so I didn't think about Sleep.
The graphics acceleration works fine but I updated from Monterey to Ventura using Software update from macOS settings os i think the graphics acceleration still working with me.

Hey can you share data about Device Properties from your config.plist.
Maybe I can get an understanding from it.

I have tried this 1659 I'd but this is not working for me. It gives blank laptop screen. The HDMI works sometimes but sometimes does not. HDMI works with graphics acceleration.
