Cannot spawn oil extractor on oil-field-groups

Issue

There are some groups of crude oil geysers, on which you cannot place an oil extractor.

Replication

you right-click on one of the geysers.

Actual Result

The context menu only shows "Teleport Player" and "Advanced debug".

Expected Result

The context menu should show "Spawn an oil extractor"

Also the water and nitro-nodes are not "spawnable". I think, the center-node is not even on the map.
