• Create minimal environment setup for successful builds

Current Status

• Found existing models: gemini-1.5-pro-002, gemini-1.5-flash-002, gemini-2.0-flash-exp
• Need to add gemini-2.5-flash model and update references
• Build fails due to missing Supabase env vars, will create minimal setup
• Dependencies need updating to latest versions
