Main license - question

Hello,

Could you please help me by clarifying the global license of component javax inject 2.4.0-b34?
In the pom.xml file it is mentioned the dual licensing between GPL with Classpath Exception and CDDL, but all the files within javax/inject folder have references of Apache License 2.0.
