Barcode -- invalid or inaccessible

My digitization technician has been running into this error message recently for some barcodes, but not all:

FAIL: part_7_barcode [ UMNH025593 ] is invalid or inaccessible to ajl_auker; part_8_barcode [ UMNH025594 ] is invalid or inaccessible to ajl_auker: {"message":"part_7_barcode [ UMNH025593 ] is invalid or inaccessible to ajl_auker; part_8_barcode [ UMNH025594 ] is invalid or inaccessible to ajl_auker","status":"fail"}

Some error messages will come back for only one barcode associated amongst many parts for a specimen. She is using the correct Arctos account, has object tracking permissions, and checked that there were no random spaces in the text box. When we search the barcode through "find container", some of the error message barcodes will pull up and already have "cryovial" as the container type. Not sure what is happening or how to fix it.

Yep. Some of them don't show up. It seems strange that some stickers within the same barcode series pull up correctly and others don't. UMNH024892 does pull up in find container but it gave me the same error message when I tried to upload. Are you able provide an actual troubleshooting method? It's not clear on my end what the pattern is or what exactly in the barcode series hasn't been made into a container (until it gives me an error). The barcodes we are using were purchased/supposedly set up before my supervisors time and it wasn't a process I was originally involved in. (I'm the aforementioned dig tech).

I think that the main issue that we are running into is that some barcodes from this series have been working, while others are not. We don't know why -- if they are all from the same series, they should have all been assigned in Arctos together.

I believe these are the series that have been affected: UMNH022501 - UMNH025000 and UMNH025001 - UMNH027500. Could you help us figure out which were assigned and which weren't? And then we can figure out how to go from there?
