Request - can't get int Arctos from home

I am not able to access Arctos from my laptop at home. I had this issue a month or two ago and you needed my IP address, so here it is: 206.168.207.117

I've released that again, but you are sharing IP space with a Russian-controlled botfarm in Pakistan (along with whatever lead here last time) and I have little confidence that something else won't pop up. Please see https://arctosdb.org/faq/, your institution's VPN will avoid this problem.
