Code for performing biogeochemical (BGC) Argo delayed mode quality control on MEDS floats
./check: contains filechecker shell script and python summarizer. User will need to update local paths to run as well as download Argo filechecker java assets in the same directory../report/notebooks: contains interactive python notebooks that serve as DMQC reports for each float.
