Document data model for reconciled data

We need a graphical visualization of the data model for what happens during the reconciliation process:

- Artwork
- Artist
- Repository/institution
- Location (cities/country with hierarchy)
- Photographer
- Types
- 

Let's update this list as needed. We need to decide if this is posted on the model documentation github or on confluence.
