Extractor/Regex: Poor detection of Unterminated OGG Files

While a patch has been made to properly handle EOF files, OGG detection is still awful if the file isn't terminated correctly.
If there's more than 1 unterminated OGG file shit explodes and the MXMC Failsafe doesn't trigger.
