Nope, you will run into problems.

I recommend picking a fresh latest ISO from: https://massgrave.dev/windows_11_links.

Then you can Install the v0.5.0 freshly.

PS. You can also Inject the v0.5.0 playbook onto the ISO itself.

You mean Atlas? Atlas can be downloaded from the source.
