Extend name matching in external source block list to include author

For example Phaleria Latreille, 1802 needs to block http://biodiversitylibrary.org/page/28546463#page/271/mode/1up but Phaleria Jack needs to block anything related to beetles. Currently, the name field only matches the scientific name, not the full name + author.
