Modifications to the soil testing service #3659
Description
The way data has been entered for the Soil Testing service is different to how it was designed to be used and this is causing issues.
The goal of this change is to support per soil test invoicing without invalidating existing data or preventing the future use of the Monitor app (via data set summaries) for this service.
