How compile this project for use in another PC

Hi,

I inspired your project MFC, and write my own addIn for Fusion 360. In my computer works okay, but when install him on another PC doesn't work. I know them to get advice without an inspection code is almost impossible. Disregarding, can you try to advise me where am I doing a mistake? Some reference, setup compilator ... I used MS Visual Studio 2019 newest version on Windows 10.
