HitTest does not work

Although i return false in HitTest method, "OnPointerPressed" method still triggerred.
When i tap the MainView,

......

will be outputted

Why? Is HitTest just a useless thing or i have done something wrong?

Mostly this. And there was a discussion to remove this interface.
At least it's not intended to be used with complex controls, but only with basic control like Border, or control that render themselves (Render method override).

In your case, ICustomHitTest.HitTest likely works, but on MainView visual itself.
If you see UserControl template source code - you will see there is ContentPresenter inside of it, which also can be hit tested. And PointerPressed event raised on the ContentPresenter will bubble up the tree including UserControl (MainView), and eventually window root.
