Write content for Module 00: Introduction to Azure Local. This is the L100 introductory module that positions Azure Local and sets context for the rest of the training.

  • Architecture overview (Azure Arc, Azure Portal, on-prem infrastructure)
• Write 00-introduction/azure-local-vs-windows-server.md
  • Feature comparison table
  • When to use Azure Local vs. Windows Server
  • Licensing and subscription model
• Write 00-introduction/use-cases.md
  • Branch office / ROBO
  • VDI / AVD
  • AKS / containerized workloads
  • SQL Server / high-performance workloads
  • Edge / retail / manufacturing

Content Decisions

• DROP: Old "Chalk and Talk" 90-minute intro format
• ADD: Azure Local positioning, Arc architecture overview, subscription model
• Level: L100

Acceptance Criteria

• All 4 files have complete, accurate content
• Terminology is Azure Local (not Azure Stack HCI)
• Content is L100 accessible
