Using Visual Studio 2015, Windows 2016 server and Biztalk 2016, I am not being able to see " Biztalk deployment framework" in tools. I have installed biztalk deployment framework and extension. But biztalk deployment framework appears to be downloaded, despite the fact is installed in windows
