[Bug]: Item renders below capacity bar #46

Describe the Bug
The item renders below the capacity bar. For some, this will be unwanted behaviour which is why the old z translate was an option.
This was removed for 1.21.6+, and a new solution needs to be found to include it (or something similar) back.
Steps to Reproduce
Move item to overlap with capacity bar.
Expected Behavior
Some ability to swap the rendering z level.
