Fixed up the Mode - Rotation mode with better spacing/alignment.
(If wanting, can also look into, making decorators that can be seperated from it's prop/ptr, but still work with them, so we can put say a blank icon/4L icon toggle in between etc.)
Please review the changes and update the manual.
