What is the current behavior?
breaks if the conversion information for an sp is longer than 258 characters

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce.
have a conversion where the code is longer than 258 characters

What is the expected behavior?
explicitly return the left 258 characters

Which versions of SQL Server and which OS are affected by this issue? Did this work in previous versions of our procedures?
