torch and lamp keep on switching on and off

Hello BrunoMine, thank you for trying to fix the bug reported in previous issue.
I'm sorry that I can't confirm that the issue is solved. This is what my console says:
2019-12-15 09:25:34: WARNING[Server]: Not registering alias, item with same name is already defined: hardtorch:luz_12 -> hardtorch:light_12
I don't know if this message has something to do with the problem, but it's new. The lamp and torch keep on switching on and off.
