It worked before but I'm not sure how many updates ago.
I tried rolling back to 3.30.5 but it didn't change.
Public permisions are set on the screen, on the tables and on the navigation menu.
I noticed that I can only change permissions on the table in Dev Mode, In Prod it's not available
