Resumption of development of the csv-import plugin

Hello everyone,

I created a fork of the csv-import plugin. The first step was to validate that it works with the Budibase 3.x branch and to integrate the changes made by CSLTech to generate a unique identifier per row or per import. Then I updated the papaparse library to version 5.5.3 and made some other minor adjustments (see changelog file).

I have other ideas for improvements (see the roadmap file). I am not a JavaScript developer (nor a developer in any other language, for that matter).
