[FEATURE] add some/more rotation and settings + aimpoint(modify front surface of the block aimpoint) from kill aura to scaffold "NEXTGEN"

Describe your feature request.

1.add CPS instead of "delay" for block placement(more profesional)
2.add the "technique" setting to block placement(maybe more succes on anticheats bypass)
3.add aimpoint and aimpoint modes(can be anything not only from killaura module something like static rotation mode maybe more anticheat bypass chance who knows)
4.add delay for jump for option "Head Hitter" (more fast or slow but prefer faster)
5.fix some scaffold settings/options that include jumping in creative they cause creative fly
6.add to rotation mode in scaffold "Custom" basically custom yaw and pitch for rotation
