With the introduction of the "Multiple Ordering Providers" feature, we will enable users to select the appropriate ordering provider when creating a new test card. This will ensure that the correct ordering provider information is captured and associated with each test record. **Key Scenarios** - When an organization admin adds a new ordering provider to a facility, the SimpleReport application must save that new ordering provider's information. - When a new test card has been added, all available Ordering Providers for that facility must appear as options to select for that test card. - When a SimpleReport user views the details of a previously submitted test result, the correct ordering provider information must appear, even if the Ordering Provider has been deleted by the Organization Admin. **Enabling multiple ordering providers for facilities will:** - Improve user experience: Facilities will be able to use SimpleReport effectively regardless of their provider setup. - Enhance data quality: All test results will be captured in one place, providing a more comprehensive picture of public health trends. - Support future growth: SimpleReport will be more adaptable to accommodate various facility and provider configurations. ## Designs - Figma: https://www.figma.com/design/LglkDsGZDKMZm3XCkJPhfR/SimpleReport-2023%2B?node-id=5984-397&t=wZm3TtRur1grrHAV-1 ## Product Brief - https://docs.google.com/document/d/1ymeLGLJgvR-7JIGuLpMxs2lXBrQSzcc76LX1UzhFVv8/edit?usp=sharing
