Summary

We want to change the licenses field in the Research output table form to use aTypeAhead instead of a Select dropdown

Context

We currently display all licenses in a Select dropdown in the Research Output Table form, but there are 680 results, which can be wieldy for users. We think a TypeAhead will make it easier.

Acceptance criteria

When a user is building a Research Output Table question type in the template builder flow, or answering the question in the Plan builder flow, we want the user to be able to use a TypeAhead to find their licenses.

• When a user types into the TypeAhead field with a "license" type that starts with "C", then all "licenses" starting with "C" will be displayed in the dropdown.
