Helpful information on the IIPMooViewer is not being displayed [JIRA CVRE-221]

In the Image viewer of the NTE (middle panel, documents): If a user has uploaded a high-resolution file and views it in the image viewer, then in it an IIP icon is being shown (upper left of the window). Hovering above it with the mouse reveals a ? and the information "click for help". Clicking on it displays a black screen with some information on how to use the Image Viewer written in white on it. This information cannot be accessed correctly, no scrolling is possible. It would be better if the whole information would be shown in a new tab which opens if the user clicks on the IIP icon.

This feature had already been in place in an earlier version of the NTE; at least one could read detailed instructions on how to use the IIPMoo Viewer somewhere (but I did not keep the instructions my memory)
