Idea: Restart task based on regexp of error text

Hello!

I suggest to implement "Restart Tasks that matches regexp" feature, that will help to restart a particular type of errored tasks without restarting unnessessary tasks (like whose that was crashed on karton.core.exceptions.TaskTimeoutError).
