Create CMDI profile for codemeta/schema software metadata (serves as a conversion target)

As discussed in CLARIAH/clariah-plus#37, a CMDI
profile needs to be created that covers the codemeta/schema.org software
metadata, so that we can convert from linked open data to CMDI for
interoperability with CLARIN's VLO.

I think @menzowindhouwer was taking this up?
