Thanks you for the interest in MPC code and sorry for the so late response to your question.
There are implementation of MPC algorithm in Matlab in the mpc toolbox and other open-source options that refer to Matlab-like language (octave) (i.e. MPCtools).
A version of MPC-code for Matlab does not currently exist.
