As we wrap up this session and gear up for an exciting winter, I’m thrilled to announce that TindETS development will officially begin after final exams, starting somwhere in the second half of December! 🎉

This timeline gives us the perfect opportunity to focus on planning and brainstorming now, while diving into coding once we're all free from exam stress.

Here’s how we’ll prepare and proceed:

1. Pre-Exam Phase (Now - Exam Week):

   • Continue refining ideas and discussing features (e.g. the Privacy Mode or matching algorithm).
   • Finalize the tech stack, architecture, and roadmap.
   • Set up the repositories and workflows for collaboration.

2. Post-Exam Phase (Mid-December):

   • Start coding the database, API, and frontend (app).

3. First Milestone (Late January):

   • Aim for an initial prototype to test core features like registration, profile setup, and basic matching.
