Consider live chat support

This isn't something I want to jump into quickly, but it's worth exploring.

We would want to include an easy/standardized way for us to convert a chat into a support ticket (Freshdesk ticket) and/or a feature request (GitHub issue).

I like the idea of the AI bot being able to answer questions from a knowledge base automatically.
