Scroll Conflict Between Horizontal Bar Chart and LazyColumn

When embedding a horizontal bar chart inside a LazyColumn, vertical scrolling stops working. The gesture seems to get intercepted by the horizontal scroll area of the chart, making the LazyColumn unscrollable.

To clarify, my goal is not to have nested vertical scrolling. I want the horizontal bar chart to have a fixed height and simply be a part of the vertical scroll provided by the LazyColumn. The chart itself doesn’t need to scroll vertically — it should just render within its height and scroll together with the rest of the LazyColumn content.

Let me know if there’s a recommended approach to achieve this.
