SortFieldsByName does not appear to work for filter/sort input types.

Steps to reproduce

1. IRequestExecutorBuilder builder = services.AddGraphQLServer() .ModifyOptions(options => { options.SortFieldsByName = true; })
2. Saving the schema and compare.
