Here's a scenario:
I have two different accounts, each with different trust network. Each network shares no users at 0th position. I would be able to spend my full issuance on each account, giving me twice the UBI.
Caveats:
- No usage of Validators on both, or just one network (depending on the validation design).
- No shared connections on any position in the graph (depending on the user search functionality).
- No ability to pool the balances of the accounts.
Which basically means that each network must be small and little-connected (islands?).
