Cannot install Specific version of Ruby due to activesupport dependency

While installing rvm using the following command:

curl -L https://get.rvm.io | bash -s stable --ruby=1.9.3 --gems=rails

I get the following error:

ERROR: Error installing rails:
activesupport requires Ruby version >= 2.2.2.

This repository is no longer being maintained, the logic for the Curvature visualizations has been merged into the OpenStack Horizon project and all future development is taking place in this repo https://github.com/openstack/horizon.

With regards to this error you could try editing the Gemfile to pin activesupport to an earlier version that is supported by ruby 1.9.3
