Description
Dynamic C3/C4 vegetation distribution
The spatial distribution of C3 and C4 vegetation is currently prescribed from a static file. In reality, this distribution will shift under climate change. We could model it dynamically — for example, this package implements such an approach and is referenced in the Optimal LAI model.
NOTE: f0 should also be computed (currently read from a file)
