Embed multiple apps in docs

Move script serving multiple apps (multi routes) on Microsoft Azure VM from climaland docs to here. Paramviz and climaviz apps. Embed them in homepage of docs. 

ParamViz could be updated by adding a menu to select a parameterization (could be a huge list from atmos, land, and others)
