Print summary table at end of build

In addition to the plots (#39) it would be helpful if we could print the full output of sacct for all jobs at the end of each build (rendered in a nice HTML table).

PrettyTables.jl has a nice HTML backend we can use: https://ronisbr.github.io/PrettyTables.jl/stable/man/html_backend/#HTML-back-end
