Update glossary

We should update the glossary and look at implementing the idea to have definitions show up on hover of those terms anywhere in the docs

Feedback: A large amount of terms are "overloaded" between ClickHouse and other DBs (they brought up examples of things like "partition key"). It'd be nice to see a glossary or way of understanding how terms in ClickHouse are different from other DBs.
