If you upgraded from v1.0.0, mention your OS and how you installed (zip, Docker, winget, choco, scoop, brew, etc.) if something felt off.

Install matrix has grown since this thread started: Homebrew, Scoop, winget, Chocolatey, AUR, Docker Hub. If you're on any of those, run the doctor commands again:

marchat-client -doctor
marchat-server -doctor

Still looking for setup friction feedback, especially from anyone upgrading across multiple versions since v1.1.0.
